Keith Carroll began New Life Painting in 1998, repainting homes in Shippensburg, PA. Within just two years, word about the quality and efficiency of New Life Painting brought opportunity to refresh homes throughout the mid-state region. By 2000 New Life Painting began working with building contractors in Shippensburg by developing a cut and roll process so efficient they are able to compete against cost reducing spray operations, while producing a better quality finish. In 2001, Keith’s son Christopher, known in the area as “Whitey” Carroll, graduated high school and joined the crew as he began earning his bachelor’s degree in business. Christopher’s love of painting developed quickly and his eye for quality soon earned him the position of crew lead. Christopher is now a co-owner of the business.
